Looking to dive the world's longest Chalk Reef or WW1 wrecks  right here in Norfolk? Learn about the different dive sites along the reef, plan dives with your fellow students and go for some fun shore dives off the north Norfolk coast.

On this course, you will learn everything you need to know to start shore diving off the North Norfolk coast. We will look at tide times, weather, the kit that you should carry with you, how to plan a safe and leisurely dive, and the wildlife you are likely to encounter at the different sites and times of year.

You will plan a dive with your buddies and finish the course with two dives off the Norfolk coast.  Read more about the shore dives on our Norfolk Coast Shore Dive page.

What Will You Learn?

This new course is unique to Christal Seas Scuba as it has been personally prepared by Kat Gerasimova, one of our excellent Instructors who has extensive experience diving off the Norfolk coast, and we are proud to launch it for the 2021 dive season.

On this course, you will learn everything you need to know to start shore diving off the North Norfolk coast, including:

Diving season, weather, tide times and how to pick the right time for your dive.

The kit you should carry and other safety precautions.

The dive sites, including pros and cons, and what you will find at each one.

What wildlife you will find throughout the diving season and at the different sites.

In the second half of the online theory session, you will plan your dives with your buddies under Kat's supervision.

For the open water dives, you and your buddies will guide the planned dives under supervision as Kat helps you spot the wildlife along the way.

By the end of this course, you will be able to plan your own shore dives with your friends!
