PADI Adventure Diver
The PADI Adventure Diver Course involves three dives, carried out over one day, after which you'll be more experienced and feel more comfortable in the water.
It introduces you to a range of new diving skills and is the perfect next step after completing the Open Water course for those who do not want to complete the full Advanced Open Water course.
What Will You Learn?
You can choose three Adventure Dives that interest you from a long list including Photography, Multi-level, Dry Suit, Enriched Air (Nitrox), Wreck, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Fish ID, Dry Suit, Search & Recovery and many more......
Get credit! Each Adventure Dive may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course. If you’ve already taken a specialty diver course, ask your instructor if you’ve earned credit for an Adventure Dive.
As long as you are a PADI Open Water Diver you can sign up for the Adventure Diver course.
Students with an equivalent qualifying certification from other organisations are also welcome.
You can also choose to read the PADI Adventures in Diving manual. There are 3 knowledge reviews to complete.
Your PADI Instructor will meet with you to schedule knowledge review sessions along with your Adventure Dives.
Alternatively, register for PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Online – PADI’s eLearning option – to get started immediately. The web-based system lets you learn about seven of the most popular Adventure Dives at your own pace through an easy to use, interactive program.
You also have access to an online version of the Adventures in Diving manual and can complete sections for other Adventure Dives as directed by your PADI Instructor.
