St Johns is a vast reef system at the far southern tip of Egypt's Red Sea and an all time favourite for divers of every level. This itinerary now combines St Johns with iconic dive sites such as Elphinstone, Sataya (Dolphin Reef), Fury Shoal and Marsa Shouna. Expect breathtaking coral gardens, walls, caverns and encounters with dolphins, turtles, reef sharks and pelagics. With reefs this remote and healthy, a liveaboard is the best way to experience the Southern Red Sea in all its glory, far from the crowds.   

 

Our home for the week, Ghazala Explorer is beautiful! All cabins have private en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. There are 12 cabins split between the main and lower deck and the 6 main deck cabins are a mix of twin and doubles. This is a spacious liveaboard that we are excited to visit. 
 

The St Johns itinerary is perfect for all certified divers. The diving is straightforward so you can focus on the incredible marine life.
 

Conditions:  Generally mild currents and excellent visibility. Dives are conducted from the main vessel and RIB.

Styles of diving:  Walls, pinnacles, plateaus, caverns/caves and night dives feature across the week.
