We have been privaleged to train hundreds of divers over the last 10 years, and we've had some great feedback along the way. Here is just a selection of comments from recent customers.....
"Just wanted to send an email to thank everyone for their help during my open water course and especially for the weekend at Stoney Cove. (22rd-23th October). The instructors, Stuart, Josh and Tim were absolute stars, especially Stuart who helped me out so much when I had a bit of a problem with one of the skills, a massive thank you Stuart for your help and patience.
Looking forward now to doing some more diving before it gets too cold, and will be coming into the shop to get kitted out soon.
I would also like to get some information about continuing with the advance open water course in the future."

"Just a quick line to say thanks for a great weekend - Liz and Paul were absolutely brilliant, they were so understanding. I must admit to feeling rather guilty watching Paul carry all my gear, he was a real hero and a very good divemaster. The vis was poor at times, but Liz and Paul made us all feel 100% safe and in control. Thanks to everybody for making the whole experience a brilliant one for me."

"I just wanted to e-mail and let you know how impressed I have been with how well organised everyone at Christal Seas has been throughout the time from when Callum started his open water to last week-end when he completed it. Every time we have turned up at the pool or the shop we were expected and kit all sorted, we never had to wait for anyone and everyone we have met have been really friendly.
The weekend at stoney was very enjoyable. Stuart coped well with me as perhaps a somewhat over anxious mum, I can honestly say I have never been as nervous myself as when my son was actually about to dive in open water! But it was wonderful seeing his confidence grow with each dive. Stuart sorted out problems with callums weight belt rubbing and coped well with the stroppy teenager who emerged when he couldn't reconnect his dry suit hose after kit removal at the surface! Stuart and colin rescheduled dives for people who had not been able to equalise, re arranged groups and let everyone know what was going on with ease and all without putting the youngsters under pressure when they couldn't complete some of the skills. All the DM's had time for the boys, were encouraging and reassuring and the camardarie between them was obvious.
Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to everyone involved but especially stuart and lesley. Hopefully we will do some more courses in the future and I will certainly recommend you to any friends who want to learn to dive. The whole experience has been great. Thank you so much."

"Callum and I have just come back from Stoney Cove where we completed our Open Water course with Denise and Colin and I wanted to drop you a line to tell you how impressed we both were with the quality of care and instruction that we received from both. Callum and I were new to diving when we joined up with Chistal Seas Scuba in Norwich. Its because of the skill and patience shown by our instructer, Polly Wake, that we felt confident to complete and achieve certification at Stoney Cove.
Denise Littlewood was fantastic, her attitude towards 'newbies' like ourselves was exemplorary, again, the confidence, patience, empathy and humour shown to us made the whole weekend such an enjoyable experience. Both Denise and Colin have filled us with such a passion and enthusiasm we just want to continue diving. Well done on having such skilled diving instructors, they do your organisation proud."
